Currently, Mrs. Scappa oversees and manages all phases of the merchant portfolio including customer support, sales partner support, customer and partner on-boarding, retention and training. Prior to Sage, she launched and managed an Independent Sales Office with a primary focus on digital e-commerce solutions, as well as served in leadership roles in several telecommunications companies. Mrs. Scappa has also served multiple terms on the Board of Directors for Women in Electronic Payments (W.Net), chaired the Mentoring Committee at W.Net, and was a certified mentor on the [email protected] Mentoring Program.
