Last week Acumatica announced the release of their leading ERP platform 2020 R2 and highlighted some amazing features designed to further improve operational efficiencies through AI/ML enhancements, data management optimization, and Accounts Payable document automation to name a few.
As one of the first integrated payments providers to certify on Acumatica’s 2020 R1 release, we, at Paya, are eager to continue our momentum through the development of functionality that furthers enhances the value of our combined solutions.
On October 16, we will release our e-Invoicing feature update for Acumatica users designed to streamline invoicing and to promote revenue assurance. Administrators will be able to push invoices directly from the Acumatica interface to for customers to view and pay online. Customers may also review all outstanding invoices and make immediate digital payments.
This feature is compatible with 2019 R2, 2020 R1, and soon, 2020 R2, and enables the payment of invoices without the need for Acumatica’s customer portal. At its first release, the feature will support secure, tokenized card-based payments with ACH payments supported in a release scheduled for later in Q4.
